Add F1 shortcut helper menu

Fixes #30 This PR:

• Moves all menu panels out of the main scene so they're visible in the editor. These panels move back to x: 0 and hide on start
• Adds a keyboard shortcut menu when holding F1
• Adds the version number to the help menu (be sure to update project settings version when building!)
• Adds links to the releases page and README.md
