Make the checkbox checked for already included elements restrictions in assignment while editing. #2770

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, if some elements restrictions are included and mentor have to edit the assignment, the checkbox for already included is not checked which may lead to confusing for mentors to reselect.

Describe the solution you'd like Make the checkbox checked for already included elements restrictions in the assignment while editing.

Are you working on this? (Yes/No) Yes, but if new contributors want to work they can work.
