Feat: weblate integration for continuous localization in CircuitVerse #3357

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Weblate is a great tool to manage localized string and provide an easy dashboard to manage and translate strings into alternate languages. Weblate also helps new translators to translate strings in their native language right from their dashboard.

it also provides support for ruby .yaml files. it also provides paid solutions, but if requested it is also free for open-source projects.

Integration of weblate in circuitverse for continuous localization will be a great choice to take i18n forward in circuitverse!

Are you working on this? (Yes/No) would definitely like to! but still have availability issues
