import IC option menu goes outside intended area if too many iC's in project #194

I am submitting a -Bug Report

Describe your bug - When having to many IC's, the menu goes farther down than the bottom of the area where you can place logic gates, cutting off a part of this area and the top IC options.

Current behaviour - Some IC options get cut off, when you have too many IC's. If you resize the window (moving it or closing it is not possible, because that's offscreen), the menu snaps into the area and a scrollbar is added. Only after resize can you choose all IC's and move or close the menu.

Expected behaviour - If there are too many IC's to fit on the screen, a scroll bar should be automatically added, not only after resize window

No, I've never worked with resizable/movable windows, so I wouldn't know how to fix it exactly.
