Describe the bug

The Priority Encoder Circuit is not working fine. It throws Contention Error on changing inputs.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Decoders and Plexers'
Scroll down to 'Priority Encoder'
Check the circuit by changing the input values.
See error

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
