Enhancement: Sidebar UX with Subtopic Dropdowns

Fixes #4408

Changes Made:

Implemented a new feature to enhance the user experience by adding dropdown menus to the sidebar for subtopics.

Details:

Added a drop-down menu to each main topic in the sidebar, allowing users to conveniently navigate and access subtopics.
The drop-down menus provide a cleaner and more organized layout, improving overall usability.
The changes are designed to enhance the clarity and accessibility of subtopics within the documentation.

How to reproduce:

Clone this pull request branch.
Run the application and navigate to the documentation section.
Verify that the sidebar now includes drop-down menus for subtopics.
Test the drop-down functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.
