Check the feasibilty of using just-the-docs a gem

Currently we are using the fork of https://github.com/pmarsceill/just-the-docs project. So that we can no longer get the latest update from the upstream project. If we can use the above jekyill theme as a plugin with all our modifications intact, then that will be great
