A blank statement with the heading d should be removed #660

the if a blank statement is there

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'circuitverse'
  2. Click on '[Learn Logic Design]'
  3. now select [Guidelines]
  4. Scroll down to Workflow
