Links are not functional in Latches & Flip-flops #687

Describe the bug:

Links are not functional in Latches & Flip-flops (children of Sequential SSI).

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ' Sequential SSI'
  2. Click on 'Latches & Flip-flops'
  3. Scroll down ' and click on the links.'
  4. See error
