In encoding information the send button cursor should be a pointer. #689

Describe the bug:

In encoding information, the send button cursor should be a pointer. Currently, the cursor is arrow.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ' encoding information in Binary Representation
  2. Click on the 'Send button.'
  3. See the error.
