Empty Circles are not present! #697

Describe the bug

Empty circle is not present, (White circle with a gray border)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'CircuitVerse website'
  2. Click on 'Getting Started -> Learn'
  3. Scroll down to 'Binary representation'
  4. See error

Expected behavior

White circle with a gray border

It represents the active chapter, expected behaviour.

Sure @tachyons , Here circles represent active and inactive chapters, If we open any drop-down in side-bar ->inactive chapters with (White circle with a gray border) is missing. while active ones are shown (green circle) in drop-down
