feature: Implementing Lazy Loading(Scroll to load) for FeaturedProjectView #74

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As we scroll to the end, a "Load More" button appears to load more items. Describe the solution you'd like Instead of the Load Button, more items should automatically load with a loading animation as soon as we reach the end of the list.
