Allow for installation through pip #27

It would be nice to register circuitscape so that it can be installed with pip install circuitscape.

Does this create executable files? Or just a python installation?

This is the standard way to install python libraries and programs from the command line. There will be a handful of people who prefer to use this over downloading the binaries.
