There were a few missing dependencies
Switched to using project and manifest files for easier tracking of dependencies
Added a verbose build option
Create a directory if required

Okay. This one is now ready. With these changes I'm able to build the app and since it has a Manifest file, it should be easier to reproduce. Please notice the changes to the README.md.
