[x] Make the game playable in singleplayer (again) (Liam)
[ ] Low: We should not have to make the tiles be ( TILE_SIZE / 2) by default
[x] Add errors when the map YAML is built incorrectly (Gwen)
[ ] Move floor creation to the map YAML
[x] Convert networking event ints to an enum for better readability (Gwen)

Floor creation will be naturally moved to YAML once we add elevation changes to the map. TILE_SIZE will also change once we switch to a hex grid.
