Upload code that creates remote sensing indices images from the Harmonized Landsat and Sentinel-2 images from NASA AppEEARS. Resulting data are used for:

Hotspot Detection
Time-series of NDVI, NDWI, NDBI for INFORM risk scoring

Closes #65.
