Create a folder in the repository and add a new readme.md document to it (if you use typical notepad, be careful it does not create a .txt extension). I would recommend downloading Notepad++ and using this as your default notepad. https://notepad-plus-plus.org/
On the readme file, have the following sections:
Research objective
Datasets to be analyzed
Papers to be referenced
You do not need to populate the sections for now, just add headings. Don't forget to use markdown (#, ##, ###) to denote sections.
