Added support for Splunk Cloud and Splunk v8 #6

This PR adds support for the latest version of Splunk Cloud and Splunk v8.x

Notable changes:

migrated off of setup.xml and into a backbone.js version required by Splunk Cloud
Version bump to 2.0
Verified to be app inspected by the internal team at Splunk

Tested on version 8 and 7 of Splunk. Working nicely on both. Only minor wording concerns surrounding the input validations. Thanks again for submitting this pr
