Capability to add proxy settings in the add-on #79

Hi, Currently the add-on does not allow setting up and enabling proxy in the configuration page. It would be a good to have this feature as several orgs don't allow direct outbound call to the API endpoint. For reference purpose, the Splunk add-on builder does have an option to set up proxy.
