Make the app Splunk Cloud compatible #80

Currently the app is only compatible with Splunk Enterprise and not with Splunk Cloud. When requesting Splunk support to install it on a Splunk Cloud Search Head the app fails to pass vetting due to the following issues.

Both issues seem to be simple to fix. Can these changes be implemented so that the app is compatible with Splunk Cloud? From what I understand the app fails due to recent changes in Splunk with jQuery v3.5. https://dev.splunk.com/enterprise/docs/developapps/visualizedata/updatejquery/

This would help us too, we were running v1.1.8 which was supported with Splunk Cloud... until we upgraded Splunk Cloud.
