ClamAV's clamd can't load securiteinfoold.hdb (generally) #1255

Describe the bug

When using clamd.exe ClamAV rarely manages to load securiteinfoold.hdb but there no problem with clamscan.exe

How to reproduce the problem

Download https://sourceforge.net/projects/xylent then run it and this samething happens.

Ok the issue is now rarely happens but there another issue daily.cvd can't verify database after updating him

The issue is still exists daily.cvd have no problem just remove it then download it again. securiteinfoold.hdb is too big to load.

Okay other peoples also tested this and didn't happened and didn't happened to me too. I no longer going to open this issue so sorry for that. If you still seeing this issue just update database because updating database might fix the issue.
