Add cvdupdate package version check to update command #21

This addresses https://github.com/Cisco-Talos/cvdupdate/issues/13

I tested on linux and windows. The update check seems to work nicely. In testing on Windows I found and fixed a minor bug that occurs if it tries to prune old cdiffs that don't exist for some reason.
