Relax the Click dependency version constraint to 6.7 if possible #38

Ubuntu 18.04 only has 6.7-3 Users stuck with distro packages for python packages would appreciate it if we can lower the version requirement.

While this is still true, I don't think I'm going to do this.
First, I haven't heard any complaints about this or seen any upvotes on this ticket.

Second, Even if the click dependency were relaxed to 6.7, there is no python package for the rangehttpserver package, so you'd still have to download & install this by hand, or use Pip / PyPI.
