The build instructions were different from the last version. #82

It's a small patch but it might be helpful to others.

There may also be another way to build - but this way worked just fine tonight on Linux and OS X.

@darron I think the most accurate representation of what it takes to build is represented in the Dockerfile. Could you update your instructions to match its process?
