Documentation PDF and Readme.md inconsistent. #3

The Readme.md here: https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/cisco-asav/blob/master/autoscale/azure/ASAv9.15/README.md says:

The deployment guide PDF says: • License the configuration. PAYG billing is not supported.

Only one can be true :)
