Change: updated Cisco Finesse - Task Management Sample Gadget to register with finext(finesse 12.01) digital channel to control user states

Added TaskManagementSampleGadget-Finesse-12.0.1-v1.0.zip which supports state management with digital channel service. Supported in finesse v12.01 and higher.
