Order of Coding & APIs in Startnow should match JSON files #258

The list of "related" Lab Ids in the JSON file for Lab ID intro-coding-and-apis does not match up to the /startnow listing, so users get confused because "next" buttons do not go through in the expected order. Here's an example.

Try to figure out:

Are these in this order because of DevNet Express? If so, to re-order /startnow, you contact Neelesh who has access to the underlying data structure.
Are these Lab IDs unique to a module and startnow? Then match up startnow and the module.

Looks like the /startnow order does not match the module either.

Also, I see that the Programming Fundamentals and REST API modules are sort of mixed together in the startnow listing.

One interesting discovery: all the URLs on StartNow point to learninglabs.cisco.com, not developer.cisco.com/learning. So that probably doesn't help either.

Okay, so after staring at this for a bit, I'd suggest that we just take out the Start Now sections that are there (since the links need to be updated anyway) and replace them with clones of the content in these modules. https://developer.cisco.com/learning/devnet-express/dnav4-track/intro-python/git-basic-workflows/step/1 https://developer.cisco.com/learning/devnet-express/dnav4-track/rest-api-fundamentals/what-are-rest-apis/step/1
