Remind users to click next arrow button to complete a lab #66

I just found out that several Learning Labs at the last page have this final message: "Congratulations! You have completed …". (e.g. https://learninglabs.cisco.com/tracks/programming-dna/networking-basics/networking-103-IP-addresses/step/5 ) This is what creates the confusion for the users and prevent them from pressing the "next" arrow button and really completing the lab. Anne can you please review which Labs contain this message and change it into something like, "Please press next to complete this lab" (or similar). I think once we make this small change we should see increase in LL completion as well as more badge (and hence gamification) being generated. Thanks

This is now incorporated into the template and we are also working on reporting "user completed step x of y" as marked complete. Closing for now.
