add proxy support #17

implement the support to honor "HTTP_PROXY" environment variable.

proxy is especially useful when debugging api requests.

The request made by you is taken into consideration but we will not accept your PR at the moment. The aim is to add support for HTTPS proxy and No proxy as well going forward.
