iosxr_snmp_server #136

Hello,

iosxr_snmp_server is lacking the ability to configure contact and location information, and there seems to be not way to enable ifindex. Would this possibly become a part of a future release.

Added contact and location (https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/terraform-provider-iosxr/commit/95ecea864a5b83d04436e3ee6d6a2b4e81cacbe1). If you are looking for the equivalent of the ifindex persist command, you can find it in the iosxr_snmp_server_mib resource.
