missing "neighbor_group" in "iosxr_router_bgp_vrf_neighbor_address_family" #261

Hiho,

i miss the "neighbor_group" in rescource "iosxr_router_bgp_vrf_neighbor_address_family". Can you add this, like in resource "iosxr_router_bgp" ?

PR #246 adds use_neighbor_group to resource iosxr_router_bgp_vrf @danischm do you have any prospect on a new release that includes these changes?
