bfd_fast_detect_multiplier

to the 4 definition files:

gen/definitions/router_static_vrf_ipv4_unicast.yaml

gen/definitions/router_static_vrf_ipv6_unicast.yaml
gen/definitions/router_static_vrf_ipv6_multicast.yaml
