restconf The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port error #113

I am getting an error when ever i tried to push code through restconf, "The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port." anyone else getting the same error and know how to solve it?

does anyone know if yang explore can send secure restconf request?

for restconf, why not use postman?
