Invalid xpath when building NETCONF RPC #114

I see "invalid xpath errors" when trying to build NETCONF RPC. Seems like it's somehow related to the version of the YANG modules imported (in my case IOS-XE 1761 is working and for example 17131 and 17141 are not). I tried updating to the newest yangsuite version, but this did not solve the issue:
