Clarify a GitHub account is not strictly required, it is required to complete Exercise 2.

Although we want to encourage the customer to created a GitHub account to particpate in the community, it is not completely necessary. However, Git and GitHub Ex 2 Step 2 will need to be updated to:

include the commands needed to work on a local repo,
include the commands needed to pull from a remote repo,
and include commands needed to create a remote repo and push to remote repo as optional content.

I'm going to re-organize Git and GitHub Ex2 to distinguish between what can be done without a GitHub account and what requires a GitHub account. If the student does not create an account, they should be able to complete the lab.
