Authentication Failed when using Ansible modules on UCSM versions >= 4.2

We seem to be facing "Authentication Failed" messages when querying data from UCSM versions >= 4.2, namely on 64xx FI hardware.

This is the output from an Ansible playbook run against UCSM version 4.2(2e). This happens regardless of if we're using local or LDAP authentication.

All of the below servers are connected to the same UCSM domain & server hostnames have been scrubbed in the below output.

Please check if Info Policy is enabled. May need to upgrade UCSM to one of 4.1(3m) / 4.2(3h) / 4.3(2b) versions that has fix for this issue.
