Users are able to log in on the AGT and on the Citadel HUB. In some cases, this caused a conflict, e.g. logged in on Citadel HUB but NOT on the AGT (even after logging in and logging out again).

Could be possibly solved through one central login screen, or better connection between Citadel HUB and AGT

Typically the AGT keeps telling the user he is not logged in even though a session was initiated at the CItadel Hub. Workaround is to go (on the hub) to your Profile and then click the big "Go to the AGT" button, then the session gets picked up somehow.

AGT is integrated inside the platform and session problems are resolved
