Ask a question issues #33

Some things i noticed while using the Ask a question feature :

  1. On question title input : placeholder is "what's your DotNetNuke question?"
  2. Tagging is required to publish a question, so the field should be marked as "required" (when a tag is forgotten, you'll notice mainly the red mark on title, not the missing tag at the end of the form)
  3. Tagging asks "select at least one tag..." but there's no selector. Wether replace by a selector OR indicate to type a few letter to start autocompletion (probably better if we want to foster a wider range of tags)
