• Top menu texts: the first for are imperative verbs, the last three nouns; some graphical distinction would help understanding • The “Explore my Citadel” heading is confusing. At first it appears this leads to a personal or profile page (the “my”), which the first item does, but then the second item is the App catalogue (not “my” but everyone’s), something which normally gets a more prominent listing on an Open Data website. The term “Talk to the community” is extremely misleading, when it refers to an old-fashioned forum and you create expectations for some sort of live chat. “Discuss” might be a more appropriate verb. • The “Cities” menu structure only refers to Associate Cities. Where are the pilot cities? the photo pages of pilot workshops? experiences with open data? the Open Data Governance groups? The project doesn’t seem to be reflected very well here, and in particular one of the main selling points to a new associate city should be the experience gained by the pilot cities and how networking with them will generate reciprocal learning based on that experience. In this context, the Living Lab approach and the evaluation methodology are also useful items to highlight..
