• The three bullet texts for “Associate City” are not very clear and not much to the point. Isn’t the main point that one a) joins a network with other cities, b) receives support in building local open data governance and an open data strategy, and c) can use Citadel to create local apps and adapt other apps to the city?
• The What is Citadel? bar is quite prominent, and should either be followed by some more meaningful text or taken out: such a headline description can if anything go to the top of the page but not down with the details.
