Make the website interface consistent (new interface only) #57

The website sometimes displays in french on http://www.citadelonthemove.eu/, within an older interface. Perhaps this has something to see with the browser language, because it doesn't happen consistently. Apparently, it happens when i'm not logged yet and get to the site. What i actually get is http://www.citadelonthemove.eu/fr-fr/ but on the front page.

This was due to a request to have a french version of the website when the project started. The constant changes and updates followed by the total revamp of the website made it difficult to maintain both languages. The french one is now deactivated to avoid problems like the one described (caused indeed due to browser language detection).
