Dataset management

Users should be able to remove a dataset after they uploaded it (some of them are bogus or don't really work). This may have a broader scope:

• being able to edit previously submitted datasets
• adding more keywords etc...

Every user can edit/delete his/her datasets in 'My Citadel'>'My apps and Data' section of the platform
