Users are having issues identifying datasets or establishing dataset "authority". A possible way to solve this is by providing dataset owner with the means of "marking" their dataset as "valid, tested, authority" etc... Having a label (or logo) clearly indicating the owner of the dataset would allow cities to provide authoritative data on policy issue.
