Include mapping for parking-specific data #1

In order to use parking specific features in our resulting applications it should be possible to indicate for parking facilities:

Parking availability fields
Parking capacity field
Parking features (secure parking, etc)

Same as for #3 and #2

There is now a way to indicate parking-specific in the export schema step, but no corresponding category in the semantic matching. Allthough this is not strictly required, it would be logical to add such a category. Also, there is an issue when no parking fields are indicated in the export schema step: the converted file gets filled with bogus data.
