Include mapping for videos #3

There have been a lot of requests to include Videos in the Citadel apps. This would require a mapping option similar to #2

It's fixed in the current version of the source code.

There is now a way to indicate Video in the export schema step, but no corresponding category in the semantic matching. Allthough this is not strictly required, it would be logical to add such a category. Also, there is an issue when no video field is indicated in the export schema step: the converted file gets filled with bogus data.
