Allow different data-sources to be toggled on/off #22

This may speed up the app when not all data-sources are needed. Also interesting to see the results from each source independently.

This sounds nice, but it seems to me the main one that causes issues is Microsoft academic, I keep getting errors about the api limits. I'm using the one you hosted though.

Closing as we're only really using a single data source now anyway.
