Plugin Error Cannot read property 'user' of undefined #19

When trying to create a geoloop panel I get the following error:

Plugin Error Cannot read property 'user' of undefined

I believe the issue is related to contextSrv though I am not sure what specifically, any help as to what is causing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
