Minor: No need to ship 0Harmony.dll #2

It's part of BepInEx already (the same file is in the core folder of BepInEx). From a quick test it seems to be completely save to delete the one FirstPersonCamera ships, keeping the plugin directory clean.

That's true, it's really only left there for brevity and will be ignored if Harmony is already loaded
