When the mod or framework is disabled, it continues to influence the game’s functionality. This behavior is not intended and should be corrected.

Expected Behavior:

When a mod or framework is disabled, it should have no impact on the game whatsoever.
The game should function normally without any interference from the disabled mod or framework.

Actual Behavior:

The disabled mod or framework continues to affect the game, leading to unintended consequences or interference with gameplay.
