Pedestrians cross the road even it's disabled

Describe the problem

Pedestrians keep crossing the roundabout even I've disabled it.

We also need the TMPE.log - the links you posted above were both to game output log (copy/paste wrong link?)

Oh, wait, you've got Cities Skylines Multiplayer - that's known incompatible mod. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1558438291

It's also throwing loads of errors in to the game log, and it's causing mutliple other mods to fail.

@aubergine10 it may not only be a CSM. Networks with pedestrian lane only on one side are not supported and may cause exactly the same issue

Sorry, This is the correct TMPE log: https://ufile.io/26k8y59w. I've subscribed the multiplayer mod but it's disabled. So I don't think that it is causing the problem.
